When shopping for fruits and vegetables, it’s always best to buy organic. Organic means it was grown naturally
without the use of pesticides and other toxic chemicals that are harmful to your health.

The Clean 15:
These have little, to no traces of pesticides and are safe to buy non-organic.
The Dirty Dozen:
The items in this list have been known to have more than 50 different chemicals and pesticides on them.
It’s absolutely necessary to buy organic in regards to these guys!
Don’t forget about what we like to call SUPER FOODS:
Acai: antioxidants, amino acids, and healthy fats
Bee Pollen: amino acids, B-Complex, and folic acid
Caco: antioxidants, magnesium, fiber, and iron
Chia Seeds: antioxidants, fiber, calcium, omega 3 (more than salmon)
Goji Berries: immune boosting
Hemp Seeds: high in protein and omega 3 & 6
Quinoa: protein, fiber, magnesium, antioxidants
