Taking advantage of this could be anything from sitting outside

on the patio with your coffee to getting a massage.

Anything that is just for you, to make you smile at the bliss of the moment.


Movement

Your body needs to be moved and stretched. I highly recommend yoga!

It does amazing things to your body and mind.

It’s calming and gives your body a nicely toned physique.

Thirty minute strolls during lunch or after dinner is also a great idea.


Relationships

Having healthy relationships in your life helps to become more mentally

healthy and happy. Do your best to be kind to everyone.

Do away with toxic and negative relationships.

Negativity is unhealthy, so seek out the happy and positive influences in your life.


 Spirituality

Spirituality is often confused with religion, but that is not always the case.

It is realizing there is something bigger than all of us, and being grateful for that.

Meditation is an amazing spiritual practice.

Find a quiet space, sit up straight, arms resting on your legs, eyes closed.

Breathe in deep through your nose and our through your mouth….
